This house is just a few steps from the lake and only a few minutes from town! This house was completely updated and refreshed in 2024 and features luxury bedding. Large house next door also available to combine for 20 total guests!

The Space:
Two comfortable living areas with large smart TV's, video games, 200 DVD's, and tons of board games. A covered outdoor cooking features a big green egg ceramic grill, gas grill, and fish fryer. Our large kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to feed the entire family. House can sleep 8 very comfortably and 10 if pull out couch is used. Patio features a large TV and built in wireless audio. Both Community Pods & Ground Coffee Provided

The Neighborhood:
We manage the 5 Bed/5 Bath next door, contact us for group deals - both houses together can sleep 18!!

Getting Around:
Restaurants & Grocery Stores are about 10 minutes away in Farmerville. Louisiana Tech University, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Grambling State University are all within about 30-40 minutes of this property. The Ruston Sports Complex, West Monroe Sports Complex, and Sterlington Sports Complex are less than 45 minutes away.

Other Things to Note:
We welcome friends & family but do not allow receptions, parties, or large gatherings of any kind. Please reach out in advance if you have a question about this policy. Pets are not allowed at this property unless approved. The house next door is available to rent and sleeps 10 for a total of 20 between both properties.
