I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. "Positives: We had the best available cottage, located at the very back of the grounds. Since it was September, the location was quiet. It would be noisy during season since it is directly across the street from the stage and playground. The cottage was comfortable and had all of the necessary basics in the kitchen. Negatives: parking is at the other far end of the campground. We were told that we could come through the gates and park at the cottage at 16:00. However, they came banging on...

"We had a amazing 3 week stay. The owners were terrific and very helpful. We highly recommend the villa and would definitely come again to make some more memories"

"Nice location, in the middle of nowhere. Comfortable beds and pillows. The VRBO description states that you get 3 rooms when renting, however, they actually rent by the room/unit. You need to know Italian to communicate with the host. It would be helpful if there were checkout instructions in English. The shower is extremely small, only for very skinny individuals."

"If you want to experience authentic Italy, add an olive farm. This is your place… It is very clean. Quite a drive to get there, make sure you do your grocery shopping prior to arriving. There is nowhere to purchase anything nearby. It is a 20 minute drive. The host mother and son are very lovely people. They do not speak any English however they are excellent with Google translate."

"Lovely resort tucked away in the Tuscan hills. My only regret was not staying longer because one night was definitely not enough. The estate is maintained beautifully and the concierge staff is wonderful. Rooms were small and nicely decorated. Our room had a gorgeous and expansive patio. Amenities are lovely (pool, spa, tennis courts, etc). The restaurant staff was very odd, though. Food was great- we had dinner and breakfast there. But the staff at both was super strange, I don't really know how to describe it but we were kind of uncomfortable from the service. "
