My husband and I loved staying here from swimming in the pool and enjoying the wonderful wines and foods while dinner for dinner there. Highly recommended staying here if you are in the Faro area.」

「We had a great 3 night stay at Guest Mar. The staff were super friendly and helpful - the breakfast was delicious and it was very handy to be able to use the kitchen throughout the day. Comfortable bed and a good shower. Space was a bit tight in our room, but it was workable. We made use of the shared spaces - rooftop, kitchen and reading room. All in all a lovely guesthouse.」

「This is not a hotel. The description on Expedia was very misleading. When we booked a deluxe room we thought it was a hotel but in actual fact it was a room in a shared apartment wihin a very private residential block. 「We had an amazing stay at Vila Milreu! We were made to feel very welcome even when we arrived really late. The staff are brilliant and extremely friendly. The hotel is gorgeous, especially the pool area. The grounds are beautiful. The whole hotel had a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and filling with plenty of different foods to choose from. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we were in the area.」

「We hebben een hele fijne meivakantie gehad in deze villa. Het huis was schoon en netjes. Het verwarmde zwembad was fantastisch en ook de omgeving was prachtig. Een minpuntje vonden wij het handdoeken en lakenpakket a 35 euro pp. De handdoeken waren nogal versleten en wel aan vernieuwing toe. 「We enjoyed our beach Christmas. We loved walking over to the 2 cafes. Plenty of blankets to snuggle in at night. Plenty of dining options even in the off season. Easy to get to by Uber or ferry, there is also a bus but the construction on the bridge means the stop is far away. For Uber, make sure you look at google maps so you can get from the street to the house easily. Once you’ve done it it’s easy but the first time in the dark can be fun!
