The apartment is located in the center of Faro in one of the most emblematic avenues, with magnificent views over the city, the Ria Formosa, the ocean and the Serra do Caldeirão.

Southern exposure throughout the day with great light, very relaxing and comfortable.

From the balcony with a spectacular landscape, you can enjoy your meal and the pleasure of well-being and living together in perfect union with the surrounding beauty.

It is perfect to know all the old town, monuments, museums and enjoy the pleasure of good food, stay in cafes and terraces, all within 5-10 minutes walk or even less.

Faro International Airport is only 7 km and it is very easy to reach both by taxi or public transport.

It is also a great place to go to meet the rest of the Algarve, the southernmost province of Portugal with its beautiful sunny golden beaches.

Take the opportunity to take boat trips from Faro by a fantastic part of the Ria Formosa, a huge and beautiful ecosystem where you can watch the lagoon, many migratory and local birds in their natural habitat, etc .. .

Het appartement was uitstekend, met alle nodige voorzieningen. Gelegen aan een drukke straat, op de 10de verdieping, maar ‘s nachts was het wel rustig. Er is geen airco, wel een plafondventilator in de living en de slaapkamer. Maar begin oktober hebben we geen airco nodig gehad; de temperatuur binnen was ideaal. Het persoonlijk contact met de vriendelijke eigenaar, zowel via mail als ter plaatse verliep prima.

Sehr gut. Sehr gute Betten, sehr schönes Bad. Küche mit allem was man braucht. Die Schubladen und die Schränke waren nicht ganz sauber sonst alles gut. Sehr zu empfehlen. Zudem gibt es einen Türcode so dass nicht einfach jeder ins Hause kann.

Fantastic apartment

Excellent apartment in a great location in beautiful Faro. We were very comfortable living in the apartment. Our hosts were there to meet us on arrival and were very helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. It was equipped with everything that you could need to make your stay comfortable. I would recommend this apartment for a stay in Faro . We would love to return for a holiday.

Surpasses all expectations

Large, clean, well stocked apartment - every little eventuality was thought about. Landlord Antonio and Isabel were totally gracious and responsive. Location is fantastic, a few steps to local supermarkets, restaurants and a 10 minute stroll to the old city. 10th floor balcony was a total pleasure to sit on and enjoy the view across the ocean. Excellent in every Way

Great directions given to get to location. Antoinio and Isabel met us in the condo. Antoinio actually helped with our bags. They were great and explained every appliance and showed us throughout the spacious condo. Everything that we expected and more. Great appliances, lots of space. Loved sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee then going to the kitchen to make breakfast. Market was only a couple of short blocks away. Every day my wife and I walking to Old Faro or the harbour. So many great places for lunch and dinner or just a cold beer. Bought roadside oranges in a bag and made our own orange juice every morning. Local strawberries were amazing. So much to do and see every day. Sad that we are leaving. Thank you Antonio and Isabel for this perfect rental. You truly are great hosts.

Great month-long stay Feb/Mar 2023.

Great apartment. It is spacious and has everything you could need. Antonio and Isabel provided lots of great information in person and in the home-made guidebook. The apartment was comfortable and quiet - great for sleeping. Well-appointed kitchen - all the pots/pans and utensils you'd have at home, including plastic containers for leftovers. There were restaurants, bars and groceries close by, a short walk to the old town and the marina area, places for long hikes and convenient to the train, bus and ferry for jaunts to beaches and other towns. We found the apartment to be cold even with the limited available heat (an electric metal heating plate with no fan to push heat into the room). We bought a small space heater and that worked well. This would not be an issue in the warmer months. Antonio responded to all questions quickly. We enjoyed our time in the apartment and on the sunny balcony (great for drying clothes, too). I found that balcony chairs to be particularly comfortable.

Fantastic apartment with everything close by!

Isabel and Antonio have thought of everything to make one’s stay enjoyable. Very tastefully decorated with a well equipped kitchen. Lovely bathroom with great water pressure and lots of hot water. A comfy bed and lots of storage. The grocery store and mercado are around the corner. And last, but not least, the sunny balcony with a great view of the water and sunsets. We didn’t want for anything! Thank you to you both!

Our stay was perfect....almost!

First, the apartment and everything in it is in excellent condition, tastefully furnished, in a pretty neighborhood, and convenient to walk to supermarkets, restaurants, and the City Center. We always felt safe, both day and night. The place is impeccably clean, the bed comfortable, plenty of hot water, and the kitchen is fully-equipped to cook large meals and even entertain guests. The balcony is large with nice chairs and table and pleasant views of the town and water. The wi-fi is fast and reliable, too. (I can't speak for the TV performance since we never used them) Communication with Antonio was courteous and timely. When an oversight on my part revealed he never received the balance of our invoice, he was very understanding and I paid it immediately. Unfortunately, when Jenny the manager checked us in, she discovered that the door to the washing machine was broken, making it inoperable. Although she made efforts to get it repaired, it didn't happen while were there. Since our stay was for 10 days, a washing machine was a big factor in choosing this place, Luckily, we found a nice laudromat a few blocks away that cost about 15 euros per load. And we paid to wash the towels that were provided in the unit. I was disappointed that Antonio did not offer us any compensation for this inconvenience and extra expense. As we always do at our stays, we checked out on tme and left the apartment tidy. We took out all organic trash, emptied the 'fridge, turned off the lights, closed all windows, and left the keys as instructed. All in all, I would recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay in Faro.
