We had lost a purse and couldn’t call out. The staff helped us with that. We had free bag check and our rooms were made ready early. Just fantastic service. The pool and dining area were great.

Hotel met our needs. I thought we were going to have a balcony room, but it was literally just a door that opened to a 1/2 of a door-sized piece of glass& you were still standing inside your room. Breakfast and bar on rooftop balcony did make up for the shortfall. It was hard to tell the size of the rooms on-line, but they are pretty small.

Fantastic hotel in Faro, close to old town. Very easy access to airport. Rooms are very comfortable and there is a wonderful selection at the breakfast buffet.

Location, location, location. Location of the hotel is good. Never saw the sauna as it wasn’t close to the pool. Staff was good except that the night clerk didn’t suggest the water bottles in the fridge. Hotel looked run-down.
