The living and dining area forms the heart of the home, featuring an open-hearth fireplace intended for decorative purposes, a dining table, and direct access to the covered terrace. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 195 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower and WC, as well as its own exit to the terrace. The second bedroom also features 2 single beds of the same dimensions — 90 cm wide and 195 cm in length — and likewise opens onto the terrace. The third bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 195 cm in length, offering a more intimate and comfortable sleeping arrangement. The fully equipped kitchen connects to the garden and includes an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
