「Sehr freundliches Personal. Unterkunft auch in die Jahre gekommen aber ok. Sauber. Essen hervorragend und reichlich. Hotel hat zwar kein Pool aber nur 3 Minuten bis zum Meer mit eigenen Liegen. Zum shopen gleich um die Ecke. Hotel immer wieder gerne. Hat uns sehr gefallen. 」

「Great hotel on the beach, with a great swimming pool and super helpful and friendly staff. We needed transfers and advice and all was organised for us. Room was a great size, looks newly renovated, very tastefully done. Gives a luxury vibe. 」

「Everything was perfect! The receptionist was very helpful, going out of her way to help us (family of 4). On the day of our departure we had to leave to the airport before the breakfast was served, so they made us packed 'lunch' with sandwiches, water and juice - it was so thoughtful of them. They also booked a taxi to the airport for us. In terms of location, the hotel is perfectly located for some amazing restaurants, beach, shopping and was withing walking distance of Caribe Bay...

「Its a bit expensive compare to other hotels in Lido, but I just love their beach! The free shuttle to Venice is very convenient and comfortable. I've booked a sea view room but the balcony is not really big, so better save that money to book a normal room instead. The breakfast was excellent and they even have 4 kinds of milk to choose from (but it cost extra 25 euro). A luxurious experience to spoil yourself!」

「We arrived at 12 ,kindly ask for luggage storage only ,but the lady on the counter says let me see what can I do for you ,then we are checking in to our comfortable room ,with bottle of champagne welcome us!we love the location,we love the atmosphere and everything about this hotel.we have very bad experience with the previous hotel in Mestre. I will tell all my friends to stay in this lovely hotel if they can to Venice.」
