“This place was really great! Worked perfectly for our guys trip. Wasn’t a far uber from north park, Gaslamp, the zoo, etc. We would totally stay there again. Thank you!”

“Parking was very convenient and easy. Check in was easy. Entire place was clean. Only issues were that we could hear everything the upstairs tenants were doing - very footstep sounded like it was going to step through the ceiling. Additionally, the AC/Fan mini split systems were not working at all - even with following their instructions carefully. I messaged the manager and they said they’d have a maintenance person come by. They never came, and there was no follow up about it. Overall great……

“The host was very communicative and met all our needs. As previous reviews have stated, the location can’t be beat. We had a comfortable stay and our dogs also enjoyed the backyard. Parking is challenging in the evening, but not horrible. Friends were able to find parking a couple blocks away. Lots of shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Everything is as pictured. I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“The apartment was spotless, brand new. The location was fine but near a busy street and you can hear loud cars. It did not bother me because I care more about the cleanliness and safety. The host was awful. We had a problem with the code and did not receive a response for 2 1/2 hours. I don't think you should be a host if you are not going to be available. The parking is great but you have to get into the property first to obtain the garage fob.”

“Every room was thoughtfully stocked and then some.,very nice surprise. Had some trouble accessing apartment, but this was due to our inexperience. Only problem was the fireplace in open,area did not work. But not renters fault. And did not get a reply to whether record player would work.”

“The location was perfect, we walked all over the place. We were able to walk to the zoo, I highly recommend it! The place was perfect for us and the patio and outdoor space was great for coffee in the morning. I will definitely stay here again! ”

“We stayed in this property for 10 days and enjoyed every minute. It was conveniently located to the airport, downtown San Diego and SDSU. The parking garage was crucial since parking in this area can be difficult. The property management was very attentive to our needs. I would stay here again.”

“This is an updated property in a great area. It was pictured accurately. It was spotless. The parking garage was tricky to find. More specific directions would be beneficial for those not familiar with San Diego garages. It would have been helpful to have more cleaning supplies (hand vac and laundry detergent as we would have done more to clean before checking out. Facecloths would have been helpful too. Loved the little outdoor space. Quiet building with elevator for those with mobility issues.……
