Nice Room, large and clean. The only thing that we noticed is that there were no utecils or pots, etc - maybe one could ask for them at the front desk; the pool was not heated, but the kids still liked it. The breakfast that was included was good with a lot of options. Staff at check in was really helpful.

Great location but customer service could improve.

Great location (walking distance to Fatima shrine) and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good but not enough staff to assist the amount of guests during meal time. Our rooms were not ready at check-in time. Safe was broken in our room and they were unable to fix it or replace it. Minor issues but overall good.

The website should be updated to show that all of the spa facilities are CLOSED with no status about their re-opening. Also the restaurant on site is only for your buffet breakfast it’s not for you to order lunch or dinner. The rooms were pretty “sparse” but the beds and bedding. Dry very good. We slept well.

The staff is superb. I have specifically the brazilian Muriel Tarcisio Aires Yasmim and Rute. They couldnt do enough for us. Always willing to help and do the extra mile. They also has a smile to offer, while also sparing sometime to talk to us. And hard work people never stoping working.

The hotel was very conveniently located near the sanctuary. The staff were very polite, kind and efficient and the suite was clean. However, the suite itself was not very well supplied. While there was a kitchen, with stove & refrigerator, it was not sufficiently stocked. No microwave no coffee maker no dish towels nor pots or pans to cook with.
