“Linny and her husband were such welcoming hosts. On arrival she greeted us and showed us around the property and provided helpful information. The cottage was wonderful, the perfect size for us, our dog, and our kids. Linny asked us ahead of time what brought us to the area and we let her know we were in town for our son's graduation so she made sure to provide some snacks he'd enjoy and a balloon. She also included wine, delicious muffins, items to make for breakfast, and made sure the fire pit……

“We had a wonderful stay! The property felt very secluded and peaceful while still being just a short drive from downtown Leesburg. It comfortably accommodated our group of four, and our dogs especially loved exploring the nearby woods.The house was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything we could have needed—and more. Communication with the host was easy and responsive throughout our stay.We were in town for a wedding weekend and had no issues getting Ubers to and from the property.……

“Every part of this trip was surprisingly delightful…from the long, gravel, road through the most beautiful farms to the treehouse. My husband and I felt so comfortable here. It’s a spacious and well-decorated home with modern conveniences. We spent most of our time watching the trees sway in the rain and at night watching movies in the dark. It was the perfect getaway for a tired teacher starting summer vacation! I’m already hoping to return in the fall. ”

“Really enjoyed this beautiful house! The layout worked very well for our family (my husband/51 and I/45, my elderly dad/81, my teenage son/18 and his girlfriend/18). Great view of the river and it felt very private. We all enjoyed the amenities, especially the hot tub. It rained the whole time we were there, so we weren't able to use the decks, unfortunately. We will absolutely be back to this unique house and can't wait to use the decks! The only downside of this house was trying to keep the……
