「I have booked and lived in this hotel twice in the same trip. I have tried two kinds of rooms. The first day, the room assigned to was quite tidy and comfortable. The basic facilities were sufficient. After two days, I checked in at the hotel and the room was really fair. First we entered the room, the toilet door was broken and could not function. 「服務質素不錯, 房間亦整潔」

「The room itself is small but tidy and clean. However, we are allocated in front of the access door to the stairs, and we could hear the noise of closing the door very loudly and sudden on and off especially during later at night. Therefore, I may suggest to avoid staying in a room close to the stair access for a better sleep at night. Other than that, it’s all good, and the Bluetooth speaker is nice and convenient to use in the room.」

「The property was centrally located. Surrounded by a beautiful park and walking distance to Victoria Markets. The staff were extremely helpful, their restaurant served great food, and the room amenities were perfect. I will definitely stay there the next time I’m in Melbourne. Thank you!」

「房間清潔很差床單上面有污跡同埋毛髮。退房冇Dropbox。」

「The hotel is a bit run down, rooms are average. Staffs are super friendly.」

「Parking was easy and secure」

「Inner facilities: Very comfortable to stay with adequate equipments and space for a family. Location is convenient with walking distance to Preston market and station.」
