“The hotel is a little older - but extremely well maintained. Very clean. It is in a fantastic location. Our room had a view of the lake - and everything in the town was in walking distance. The pool is fantastic! Again, so clean! I can’t emphasize enough how well kept the entire hotel is. The lady at the front desk was such a hard worker! “The hotel room itself was fine but the lobby and the exterior had a lot of trash and wasn’t kept well. I called in advance to confirm if the rooms included a pull out couch or if a rollaway bed was available for guest use and they assured me they had both options; however upon arrival at the the hotel I learned that was not true. The biggest issue I have with this hotel is the lack of transparency of the actual location. The map and pin on the listing show the hotel downtown Minocqua but that……

“The manager/owner was waiting for me to leave nearly an hour and one-half before check-out time in the shared/common area, including the kitchen area. The lighting had nearly half of the light bulbs burned out. The shared bath room had very dim lighting making it difficult to see.”
