不滿：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
I have literally traveled the country and stayed in dozens of different hotels and motels. Never have I ever asked if I could clean my own bathroom in a room. When my wife and I got into our room we looked at the bathroom. There was hair all over the bathtub including pubic hair. The mirrors were filthy and nothing had been dusted what looked like a couple weeks. When I called the front desk and asked for room service to check the bathroom all she did when she got to the room was scrub the toilet and leave right away. My wife then proceeded to take pictures of all of our complaints and we went downstairs to show the woman at the front desk. When we went down there we walked in on the staff talking about us. The whole attitude change when my wife showed pictures of the problems with the room. After that we looked at two other rooms and there was still the same problems in those rooms except worse. One of the rooms even had pizza sauce stuck to the side of the jacuzzi tub. So we went back to the front desk and said that we would keep the room that we had but I requested for a spray cleaner so that way I could clean our room. I would highly suggest anyone not go to this hotel
