「Excellent hotel in a high demand area. Was very impressed with the hotel’s standards, cleanliness, amenities and modernisation. The location is brilliant and is in short walking distance to most of Cannes hottest spots, as well as the train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, at both reception and the cleaning staff. Not a bad word to say about our stay and would love to stay again on our next visit. Thank you to all at Hotel Cristal!」

「Depuis l'accueil jusqu'au moment du départ je ne peux que me réjouir de mentionner combien les personnes sont exceptionnelles de bienveillance et de gentillesse. Je serais tenté d'écrire d'amour . Quant à la situation géographique dans le cité cannoise c'est excellent . Et comme dit la chanson .... si vous passez par là , ne lui dites pas. Combien mon cœur bat pour elle .....」

「Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. Finally they came and clean up and didn’t leave me new slippers (I left two notes to the reception, one in the morning and remind them again when I called at 4pm for housekeeping). 「Absolutely phenomenal hotel in a fantastic location. We were kindly upgraded and the room had a balcony overlooking the marina and it was stunning! The water refill station was a god send in the heatwave! You must make sure to have drinks on the roof terrace. Would not hesitate to stay again.」
