Zufällig war der Manager vor Ort (mit Baumschnitt beschäftigt) und wir konnten mit Ihm die Situation besprechen. Da er nicht mit unserer Ankunft gerechnet hatte, war das Appartement nicht geheizt (eiskalt) und Warmwasser war erst nach ca. 3 Stunden verfügbar. 「The customer relations staff helped us tremendously during our stay and made sure our honeymoon was spectacular! They were able to accommodate our requests and made our stay beautiful!」

「We absolutely loved this boutique hotel. The location was amazing. Staff were 10/10. It was only a 5-10 min walk into town with restaurants and the marina.
