“Trotz Bestätigung der Buchung durch hotels.com war unsere Buchung anscheinend nicht angekommen. Zufällig war der Manager vor Ort (mit Baumschnitt beschäftigt) und wir konnten mit Ihm die Situation besprechen. Da er nicht mit unserer Ankunft gerechnet hatte, war das Appartement nicht geheizt (eiskalt) und Warmwasser war erst nach ca. 3 Stunden verfügbar. Wäre der Manager vor Ort nicht so nett und hilfsbereit gewesen, wäre dies eine 0-Stern Bewertung geworden. Das Appartement und die Umgebung……

“Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. Finally they came and clean up and didn’t leave me new slippers (I left two notes to the reception, one in the morning and remind them again when I called at 4pm for housekeeping).
