- If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit. Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place. We also require a deposit for a "crew" or "company".
- We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees and a deposit.
- No pets allowed.
- This listing is for 8 guests. No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed in the house, unless prior approval is given
