We enjoyed our three days in Arkansas and at this property. Modern, clean and comfortable interior. Good parking and outside area. Weather prevent us or oir dogs from enjoying the yard. But its a nice size and secure for pets to run.

Perfect little house

Our family of five was here to pick up our daughter from UArk. This house was the best place we’ve rented in four years of coming to Fayetteville! I wish we’d found it ages ago. It was very clean which is the thing for me that makes it easiest to feel at home. It was also decorated really well and was comfortable, with plenty of seating and blankets everywhere. The temperature was easy to control. It rained the whole time we were here this time, but the home has a lovely yard we would have used if the weather had been better. It’s in a great location, just about 1.5 miles from campus. The management company is also very responsive. Overall, an A experience.

Close to UA and greenway

Like all of the Cohova properties I have stayed at. New or recently remodeled. Love the standardization acrosss all properties with soap, shampoo in baths, laundry pods. This property specifically, the only suggestion would be to allow access to the storage room in back yard for bikes.
