UARK Orientation for Daughter

Just me and my daughter came for the freshman orientation at the University. Absolutely love the place. Perfect for just the two of us. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment is very clean and convenient to Dickson street activities. The balcony is on the smaller side.

Really great location, only complaint is the walk from the parking spot to the unit. However at least there is a provided luggage buggie which made life a lot easier

Stay was excellent… I stayed in the room below for two weeks prior to staying in yours the shower and water pressure in your wet room was not nearly as good as the one below don't know if that something that can be adjusted

Stay at Dickson property

Great stay! Property was clean and ready when I arrived. Only issue someone continued to park in my parking spot. They are very strict about towing in Fayetteville. I ended up having to pay to park which I didn’t appreciate it. I reached out to management company. They never called me back.

Convenient Location

The property was nice and convenient to all the surrounding places of interest. A few minor suggestions for the host is to include clothes hangers in the closet, larger kitchen trash can, and in the bathroom include kleenex, robe hook, brighter light fixture, and larger mirror. Under cabinet light fixtures in the kitchen not working. There is room for a king size bed and would be much better than the queen. Need a night stand on both sides of the bed not just on one side.

Dickson Street Experience

I normally never leave reviews but I thought this was review worthy!! I have been in the NWA area on business for the last month staying in hotels, very depressing environment, so I decided to do a VRBO rental and this one did not disappoint. The location was fabulous, the view from the balcony was awesome and I loved the vibe. I never had to worry about what was for dinner due to having a ton of restaurants within walking distance. The room itself was so cute and perfect for one or two...even just the special touches of a bottle of wine waiting when i arrived, a bowl full of snacks and coffee and creamer. 5 star experience...definitely recommend to anyone! Thanks for a great experience!
