This exceptional villa is located in the small, beautiful town of Fazana, just a stone's throw from Pula and the Brijuni National Park. Villa Matia sleeps up to 8 people in four beautifully furnished bedrooms. The beautifully furnished open-plan ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with rustic elements, a dining area and a bright living area. On the ground floor you will also find a well-appointed bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The staircase leads you to the first floor where you will find the other three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. From one bedroom you have direct access to a small terrace, a private place from which you can enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding area. If you like to spend your time outside, the outdoor area is the perfect place. In front of the house you will find an inviting pool area and sun loungers where you can relax with a cold drink on warm summer days. Villa Matia offers a small wellness room next to the main house where you can simply relax in the sauna. The outdoor area also has a covered dining area, perfect for a family gathering, and a charcoal barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. While you dine with your friends, your children can play on the large lawn and children's playground. Villa Matia offers you many opportunities to stay active. Here you will find table tennis, darts, but also 4 bicycles with which you can discover the wider area.
