"Exceptional stay from start to finish, starting with the doorman who met me at my Uber and accompanied me all the way to my room carrying my bags for me, which was unnecessary but very much appreciated after a delayed flight. My room was incredible, large, on the 17th floor with a beautiful view of the city. Access to the largest gym in Latin America was a real treat. Breakfast was very fresh with lots of variety. When I checked out, Nascimento at the front desk offered kind, pleasant, helpful conversation, and Roger took care of my bags for me until I needed to leave. My only regret is that I can’t stay longer. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, and will definitely stay here again if I return to Brasília."
