「The check in process and communications were very efficient. The place was clean overall. The location was very convenient for my visit. The only complaint I have is that on two of my five nights, the apartment above me started playing loud music and thumping on the floor for about an hour around midnight, waking me up and preventing me from quickly returning g to sleep. 」

「Carlos made us feel welcomed and was attentive to any needs we had. Made himself available to questions and was prompt to reply. The room is small but comfortable enough for two people. It is situated perfectly for exploring the city being just a short walk from Pike Place market, the ferry (ride the ferry!) or short monorail ride to the Needle. We didn’t use the adequately stocked kitchen because there were just too many wonderful restaurants to try.Would definitely come back! 」

「Pluses: -Owner/Manager was really good at replying back to messages leading up to our stay and while there. -Bed linens and towels were clean (or at least appeared clean given the overall state of cleanliness of the apartment). -Near bus stops and restaurants. Minuses: -Photos no longer really match what we encountered. -Building owner has rat traps out with active rat tunnels at outside main entry way staircase and one of the large planters near the front door. Though never saw any rats in...
