“Wonderful stay! Super clean, cute place in walking distance of kind of everything. Parking garage was really handy though I'd recommend to stick to a midsize SUV at the very largest for the available spot. Very convenient place for hanging out in the city and walking to the game and back. Lots of effort is clearly out into keeping this apartment nice for guests. Would definitely stay again! ”

“I stayed at this property for 10 days during my condo remodel. This apartment and the building itself were very clean. The apartment, although small, was well appointed and comfortable. Permit street parking was easy to find nearby. The location can't be beat with multiple buses to downtown available just around the corner, and restaurants, grocery stores and the Seattle Center within easy walking distance. ”

“Pluses: -Owner/Manager was really good at replying back to messages leading up to our stay and while there. -Bed linens and towels were clean (or at least appeared clean given the overall state of cleanliness of the apartment). -Near bus stops and restaurants. Minuses: -Photos no longer really match what we encountered. -Building owner has rat traps out with active rat tunnels at outside main entry way staircase and one of the large planters near the front door. Though never saw any rats in……

“The host was very resposive and resolved the issue regarding the parking lot. The unit was nice it is just a bit old. We just have a hard time to bring all our things up way to 9th floor. But over all i was satisfied with the host.”

“We enjoyed our brief stay. We only spent about 5 hours here to sleep but it was cozy and offered what we needed at an affordable price. Would stay here again if we have another concert at the stadiums. ”

“The check in process and communications were very efficient. The place was clean overall. The location was very convenient for my visit. The only complaint I have is that on two of my five nights, the apartment above me started playing loud music and thumping on the floor for about an hour around midnight, waking me up and preventing me from quickly returning g to sleep. ”
