Tolle Lage aber Unterkunft entspricht nicht den Erwartungen und ist überteuert

Die Unterkunft ist nicht so, wie sie mit veralteten Fotos angepriesen wird. Sie ist sehr karg eingerichtet. Es gibt keine Bilder mehr an den Wänden, bis auf eins, die Haken sind noch vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse ist mit einem Tisch mit vier Stühlen möbliert, nicht mit 2- und 3-sitzigen Sofas. Der Fernseher ist extrem geschrumpft und steht 5 Meter vom Sofa entfernt, ein Fernglas wäre notwendig um etwas erkennen zu können. Das Satellitenkabel hat gefehlt, wurde mit einem Meter Länge auf Nachfrage (nach einem drei Meter Kabel) bereit gestellt, zu kurz um den Fernseher näher an das Sofa rücken zu können. Das drei Meter Kabel kam dann auch noch drei Tage später. Die Füße von einem Bett sind lose, Staubsauger unbrauchbar, Besen auch, kein Zugang zum Untergeschoss, Leuchtmittel kaputt ….. Und dann hatten wir auch noch eine Woche eine Baustelle unterm Balkon. Ein finanzielles Entgegenkommen wurde kategorisch abgelehnt. Insgesamt ist der Eindruck, dass vor allem mit möglichst wenig Einsatz/Service möglichst viel Geld verdient werden soll! Es könnte eine tolle Unterkunft sein, ist es aber leider nicht, wegen der zahlreichen Mängel. Schade!
