  • Sa Tanca gran, cozy villa with private pool:
    Charming country house in traditional Mallorcan style, perfectly combining a rustic exterior with a modern, functional, and bright interior. The property features a private swimming pool and is designed on a single level, ensuring easy access and comfort throughout the stay.

    Inside, the house offers a cozy living-dining area with hot and cold air conditioning, integrated with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. From here, you have direct access to the outdoor terrace, creating an ideal space to enjoy the Mediterranean climate.

    The house has two double bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both share a fully equipped bathroom with a spacious shower. Air conditioning (hot/cold) is available in the living room and bedrooms (included in the price during scheduled hours; usage outside these hours will be charged in cash on site by the owner).

    The property is also equipped with Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, CD player, DVD player, dishwasher, two fans, safe, hairdryer, 4 sun loungers, a baby cot, and a high chair.

    Outside, guests can relax on the covered porch facing the pool, enjoy the lawn garden, or make use of the barbecue area, perfect for outdoor dining in a private setting.

    The finca is located just a few minutes’ drive from Felanitx, an authentic Mallorcan town full of charm, known for its weekly market, local wineries, and a wide range of restaurants, cafés, and shops. In the opposite direction lies Porreres, another picturesque village with a strong agricultural tradition that preserves the island’s rural essence.

    Thanks to its location in the south of Mallorca, some of the island’s most spectacular beaches and coves can be reached within 15 to 30 minutes by car. Highlights include Porto Colom, with its charming natural harbor; Cala Llombards and Cala Santanyí, ideal for enjoying crystal-clear waters; as well as Cala Figuera, a picturesque fishing village full of character.

    Nearby you will also find the Mondragó Natural Park, a protected area of outstanding beauty with unspoiled coves and scenic walking trails. For those seeking long white sandy beaches, Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Ràpita, and Colònia de Sant Jordi stand out for their natural surroundings and turquoise waters.

    An ideal location to enjoy the მშვიდ of the Mallorcan countryside without giving up proximity to some of the most beautiful spots on the island.

Absolutely beautiful Finca in the middle of nowhere! We had a very great stay, the villa was the perfect spot to calm relax and enjoy a silent holiday! The pictures display the place in a perfect way. In my opinion it looks Ebene better in reality! The communication was very easy and the owner was very helpful and nice as well. In the end we had really nothing to complain about. Definitely recommandable!

Eine" Perle" von einer Finca. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Garten und die Poolanlage waren sehr gepflegt. Die Handtücher wurden zwei mal in der Woche von einem sehr netten Herrn und einer sehr netten Dame getauscht und gleichzeitig wurde der Pool gereinigt und der Garten in Ordnung gehalten. Die Finca lag zwar irgendwo im nirgendwo, aber für uns war die Ruhe genau das richtige zum erholen und entspannen. Wir empfehlen die Finca uneingeschränkt weiter und kommen auch gerne wieder. Der Service und die Kommunikation mit Villasplanet waren top. Es hat alles super geklappt und die Informationen für z.b. Anreise waren pünktlich per Email zugesendet. worden. Weitere Infos lagen im Haus bereit.

Fantastic Villa and superb service. Instructions and availability to contact were great. The villa is located in a beautiful inner country side, close to plenty of great beaches and touristic landmarks. The property itself is perfectly design, with an amazing pool, well thought orientation so you have enough wind to forget about A/C (although if you are an A/C lover you might find it a bit insufficient since you only have one unit in the whole house) however unless you suffer a heat wave you don’t really need to use it. Again, it is a perfect villa to stay with your family, apart from the crowd and still close enough to almost everything remarkable in the island.

Also the location although in the countryside it allows you to visit so many different places and still enjoy your privacy when wanted. All the house is perfectly made and of good size. Wunderschöne Finca

Wunderschöne und sehr saubere Finca inmitten von Orangen- und Zitronenplantagen. Sowohl für zwei, als auch für vier Personen sehr gut geeignet. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter lief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen!!!!

Maison au top

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est bien située, à 30 min en voiture, des plages du sud et de l’est. Elle est au calme, pas d’habitant autour, maison propre. Il y avait à disposition lave linges ce qui est très pratique pour partir léger. Les propriétaires sont très gentils. L’agence était très réactive.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei euch! Vielen Dank auch für das nette Welcome-Geschenk.

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern (3 und 6) in der Finca und fanden es großartig. Das gesamte Anwesen ist toll gepflegt, der Pool ist ein Traum und die Außenanlagen laden zum Verweilen ein. Den Weg zum Haus säumt ein kleiner Zitronenhain aus den heruntergefallenen Früchten haben wir köstliche Limonade gemacht. Auf ein Auto kann man nicht verzichten, aber wer es ruhig mag, der ist hier genau richtig. Felanitx hat ein sehr gutes Angebot an Supermärkten, Bäckern etc. und ist gut zu erreichen. Die erstmalige Anreise bereitete uns einige Probleme, da die Kilometerangabe in der Wegbeschreibung nicht ganz hinhaut und sowohl das Schild, welches als Foto zur Orientierung angegeben wird, nicht mehr dem aktuellen Stand entspricht ( es ist jetzt grün statt rot) und der auf dem Bild dargestellte Schotterweg ist inzwischen eine Straße. Hier wurde uns aber telefonisch geholfen, so dass wir das Haus dann doch gut finden konnten. Insgesamt ist das Objekt top, einzig die Kleiderschränke rochen innen leicht moderig, so dass wir die Sachen im Koffer gelassen haben. Die Ausstattung war absolut ausreichend, von der Saftpresse bis zum Pizzaroller ist alles da. Wir haben mehrmals den tollen Aussengrill genutzt und die Waschmaschine war Gold wert. Die Menge des Geschirrs ist großzügig bemessen, sodass wir nicht ständig spülen oder den Geschirrspüler bemühen mussten. Die Kinder wären am liebsten da geblieben und auch wir kommen gern wieder.
