Located in Portocolom, this impressive 700 sqm villa accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, television, washing machine, clothes dryer, and dedicated workspace. Family-friendly amenities include a high chair and baby bed. The villa also features an elevator for your convenience.



Step outside to enjoy your private garden, covered terrace, and uncovered terrace with stunning views of the sea, lake, and mountains. You can take advantage of both indoor and outdoor pools, along with an outdoor shower. Additional outdoor amenities include a grill and barbecue area. A shared billiard table is available for entertainment.



The property offers shared on-site parking for 1 vehicle and is conveniently located near public transportation and the beach. Beach towels are provided for your convenience. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.
