“Clean, quiet, accommodating to issues. Everything was sorted quickly when there were issues. Great overall.”

“It's a nice apartment for us to live for few days, hope we can stay longer. The facilities are great, and there is a carrie four supermarket just 30 seconds walk. Really convenient with public transport. But, no room cleaning services for stay shorter than 7 days. We only stay for 3 nights. 7 euros/set of towels will be charged if you need a new whole set. We bought one set because we don't know the rules there. Recommend to traveller who are planning to stay in Mulhouse and who would like to……

There were two threadbare towels for bathing and no hand towels. The sheet on the bed looked like a mattress cover only. The kitchen was covered in grease. The cleaning staff showed up 10 minutes before check out asking us if they could clean the room! There was no air conditioning or fans. When you opened up windows to……

“Gut erreichbar mit öv Grosse Zimmer sauber”

“The worst place I've ever stayed! Terrible security!!! We PAID for tge luggage storage sercice but the hotel didn't do their job and one of the baggages is GONE!!!!!! It's so unbelievable! The location is not so good as well, not close to train station nor city center. And the cleaness is a doubt, the bed sheet has some dirt, bed is broken and the hairdryer is not working. Think twice when. you book!!!!!!!”

“Easy to access room. Very quiet room”

“Un vrai dépaysement pour mon déplacement professionnel. Ça change des hôtels classiques.. un cadre qui nous donne l’impression d’être en vacances. Je recommande. Hôtes sympathique et serviable.”

“Fantastisk tagterrasse, skønt stort hus, ok udstyret køkken, dejligt med 2x aircon. Perfekt til en familie på 5. Nem ind og udtjekning og meget serviceminded personale.”

“The flat was pretty good very clean very modern. Location is not great but the bus stop is in front of and with the basil card you don't pay for the transport so it was not a problem in the end. I would highly recommend. Very organised ”
