"I stayed on a business trip. The hotel was perfect. It was very comfortable and all of the staff I met were really great. "I arrived at the park to be told that the hot tub I had paid for wasn’t working. I was refunded £100 which is what I paid for it. It wasn’t fixed during my stay we had 4 night stay.
