AVAILABLE FOR HOLIDAY RENTAL FOR 2019...... Home set in 2 acres of well kept land with heated drop pool, on the river Aveyron

3 double bedroom property on two levels, with a self contained studio apartment on the ground floor, with satellite tv and WiFi. It has access to a terrace with table seating and a built in BBQ. Leading to a pool terrace and heated drop pool. Overlooking a well maintained secluded 2 acre garden with plum, cherry and apple trees, on the banks of the river Aveyron, overlooking a 13th century Château and an amazing bridge, which is visible from the property.

A well equipped kitchen with ice making and filtered water double fridge, the kitchen leads to a small terrace for early morning coffee and croissants, or early evening glass of local wine! With stunning views and clear skies.

This property has its own private access to the river, ideal for fishing, secluded river swimming or just sitting!. Easy access for kayaking on the 290km of the winding river Aveyron with intermittent weirs amidst stunning scenery, through the gorges of the Tarn et Garonne.

Close to one of France’s oldest tourist attractions, Saint Antonin Noble Val, with bars and restaurants and a must see Sunday market, selling local produce of a very high standard. Every road will take you to villages of outstanding beauty and history, and easy driving to local water sports. A must visit is the Grotte de Bosc a natural creativity of stone and water.

Perfect for fishing, cyclists, walkers, climbers and those that just want to relax.

Feneyrols by the river

The property is very nice..just as the pictures. We found the outside space especially pleasant, with lots of room for socialising. And having direct access to the river is really great. Beryl was accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would have liked a cafetiere for breakfast time.
