“Muy buen hotel en una zona bastante segura, llena de negocios. La habitación aunque pequeño es bastante cómoda y limpia y tiene de todo lo necesario. Aire acondicionado, baño privado y alguna zona para colgar la ropa. La cama era cómoda. Lo único que no tiene agua caliente para ducharse pero hace mucho calor así que ni tan mal.
la lavandería en el hotel cuesta 45,000 pesos colombianos que por ser una zona buena esta bien.
El servicio al principio fue un poco lento la verdad, creo que por una……

“The hotel is next to the park. In the night a lot of people go to the park to play drums and party. The hotels sound proof facilities are very bad so all the time you can hear people passing by at your door or people talking outside and the drum and party outside is especially annoying. When you go to take breakfast, you need to pass by the toilet which is next to the elevator and next to the breakfast area. And the toilet is very smelly… the worst case what happened was the cleaning lady mixed……

“The service here is exceptional. I lost my phone in an uber and the staff did everything they could to get it back. A day later they were able to retrieve my phone which is completely unheard of. I was blown away by their hospitality. I would recommend this place over chipichape hotel only because it was less busy and it’s right across the street.”
