「I love the fact that the bedrooms are comfortable and clean, the passes to get umbrellas and chairs on the beach was free. The staff was over the top helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good too. They also gave us a discount at the restaurant next-door, which was very casual and very good food. They charge for parking, which was a surprise, but when you get free umbrellas and chairs on the beach, good breakfast and all these other amenities, it makes up for it. I highly recommend...

「There was sand on the floor of our hotel room. The AC did not work properly at night which caused a very uncomfortable sleeping situation . Flies were all over the room. The knob on the shower was broken. No second shower curtain to prevent water from spilling on the floor making it slippery.」

「Arrived to our room which smelled very musty. The has carpet and an in wall air conditioning unit. The bathroom floor and shower was covered in hairs I’m assuming from the previous guest. I am not sure if housekeeping forgot to clean the bathroom between guests. I spoke to the front desk in person at 9am requesting for our room to be appropriately cleaned and she stated she would “send someone right up”. We went to the beach for the day and came back to our room 3PM to an untouched room, still...

「Everything was great. Only problem was the towels and bed. One out of the two towels there was a stain on it. The next day they changed the towels and there was a lipstick stain on one out of the two still. Noticed the bed is clean and was washed but there was hair on the sheets like stuck. Maybe the dryer needs cleaned.... so I used the cover from my car and slept on top of the covers.」
