"The overall cleanliness of the room and the hotel was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was especially satisfying with a wide range to choose from.....extremely well done. The pool was very good as well. With a close location to St. Jacob's market, it allowed for a quick immediate check-in after shopping. And the nearby "Jacks" Restaurant was very good as well. Also, a small boutique mall across the street allowed for some added shopping, viewing, etc."

"My husband and I stayed here for the weekend and we absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is spacious and well decorated. Clean and in an amazing area of Waterloo. Walking distance to some amazing cafes, restaurants, and stores. The communication was great, we were given pictures to follow very easy to find parking and our apartment. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a nice stay in Waterloo!"

"Everything was awesome. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the toiletries were very nice. The breakfast was filling and delicious. The only thing that was a bit of a bummer was that they have a couple of ev chargers that weren’t working, but that was very, very minor, as there are were other places in the city to charge."
