“My family and I were only staying the weekend for a competition. We didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for a hotel room. We saw the reviews and thought ok, This will be fine. Little did we know we were DEAD WRONG! Our first room had empty beer bottles in one of the drawers and the bathroom door was locked. The second room didn't have a lock on the bathroom, what looked like a shart stain on the mattress and a mouse trap beside the bed, our third room had a horrible smell. We ended up leaving……

“Hotel was clean , staff was very friendly and located in a good area. Only negative is the TV which has a channel guide on Channel 1 but none of the 1 or 2 digit numbers on that match the 3 digit numbers or even come close so you have to scroll channel by channel to find something you like which is why I only gave 3 stars for amenities, ”

“This is a charming B&B. It is a gem in a lovely rural mountain setting. The proprietors are warm and welcoming. Breakfast is served in the dining room and not to be missed! We really enjoyed our stay!”

“Beautiful, clean, new property. Gym located right at front lobby. Water bottle filler by the main floor bathroom. Breakfast was great-egg white bites, build your own breakfast sandwich rotates each day plus hte regular items you find on other hotel breakfast buffet, but be aware it closes at 9:30. The hallway is very long with the elevator being more towards one end than the other. Consider getting a cart to help with your luggage. The room is very spacious. Fantastic layout for a family. Only……

“Very helpful and friendly staff. Maintenance man got me an extension cord when I mentioned I needed one. Good bed and shower. Small room but functional. Well lighted parking lot ”

“Cabin was great, but the pull out couch mattress was very springy and uncomfortable to sleep on, in addition to the fact that it was completely missing the sheets and no one from the office picked up our calls when we realized it. Overall, everything else was ok and clean.”

“This is where we repeatedly stay on our regular trips to Boone. Great breakfast. High quality TVs. Great service and breakfast.”

“Furniture had dried coffee not cleaned from previous guest. There was a big bug on the bed. Bathroom sink was clogged and was leaking underneath on the floor. Called and reported but no one came. Room was next a machine which ran until the morning. We couldn’t sleep for a while. Horrible experience unfortunately ”

“Continental breakfast was sparse and water was out for tea. No staff was available to fill.”
