“The room itself was clean but the sofa and chairs need a deep cleaning. It’s a basic place which is fine and what we expected so all good with that, but the upholstery was not clean enough and the lights over head very bright with no option on the end table that was bright enough.”

“We had a wonderful experience at Motel Long Lake & Cottages! Jennifer and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. Their attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and exceptional service made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived.
This place is truly a hidden gem in the Adirondacks. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway with people who genuinely care about their guests. We’re already looking forward to returning……
