「La struttura ha un ottimo potenziale. Il problema è la gestione, coi titolari che litigano tra loro e il personale, e una cura del cliente davvero scarsa. All'arrivo verso le 15 (check-in indicato su Expedia alle 14), la camera non era pronta, e ci ha ricevuto un'inserviente che con modi sbrigativi ci ha detto di sederci e aspettare nel tendone-ristorante. La piscina era inutilizzabile, piena di foglie in superficie e con il macchinario di pulizia sul fondo.

「This place is an absolute gem! We had the most wonderful stay! We had to leave really early for our flight in the morning and the owner went above and beyond to ensure we could still have breakfast before we left at 6:30am. Honestly the most kind, lovely owner not to mention beautiful country house and surroundings! Great pool and jacuzzi. We will definitely be back!」
「Der Ausblick! Die große Panoramaterrasse vor unserem Zimmer! Die Ruhe! Die nur kurzen Wege nach Montegridolfo, Montefiore Conca, Gradara und zum Meer! Allem voran die Wirtsleute! Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile und Kühlschrank, ein helles Bad mit allem, was man braucht, Parkplatz im Hof und gutes WLAN. Gutes Frühstück, bei dem unsere Gastgeber gerne auf unsere Spezialwünsche eingegangen sind.
