「One of the cleanest hotels that we have stayed with in a long time. Staff was above and beyond friendly as well as being professional. Breakfast was amazing. [Cook and server was astounding and meals were more than anyone could imagine] We would go back tomorrow if we had the time. How does one get points for future visits with Holiday express. 「I've never been in a hotel where housekeeping hasn't left a few rolls of toilet paper. The day before we left, she didn't leave toilet paper, and we ran out in the middle of the night and had to use kleenex. Our room was way to far from the lobby. It took us more than 10 minutes to walk to the elevator to the lobby every time. One section of elevators wasn't working. The detour signs took us no where. After about 5 minutes, a staff member led us through the garage and through multiple staff...

「The hotel was within walking distance to the ocean, which was great. The room was nice and appreciated the hotel gave us a corner unit with a balcony, that had ocean view! The room was big and comfy and had a sofa sitting area. The bath room was spacious and had a nice walking shower. I also liked that there were extra hooks in the bath room to hang extra towels.
