“Room was clean, well maintained, nice hot shower & comfy bed. Tea, coffee, biscuits and a decent size cup are always a plus ! Solo female travelling for work. Only stayed for one night but had everything I needed. Felt reasonably safe. Only issue was the 2nd cottages directions sign was on the right hand side of road & obscured by a tree branch, so I didn’t see it & my sat nav took me left at the end of the rd & up a very tight private road to a bungalow based on the post code. The hosts have provided blankets, towels for the hot tub are stacked in the boot room nearest to the hot tub. Holiday reads are neatly stacked if you forget your book, there's a doll's house for younger children. Outside there is a……

“Highly recommend! Gorgeous stay if going in the summer will be very hot in there but it was such a luxurious stay”

“Cleanliness of the property and facilities good. Description on sleeps upto to 4 and sofa bed inside Sky Pod 1 is incorrect. The sofa is a standard sofa and only contains a double bed. When questioned with host via email I was offered a mattress for hire. When I pointed out the accommodation is advertised as standard sleeps upto 4 and the accommodation is stated sky pod 1 with a sofa bed, I received no response. Also had issues with set up of the TV. Could not connect the TV to WI Fi for……

“Good, but wasn’t made clear when we booked it that there were several other properties in the complex, had it have done we probably wouldn’t have booked this property , that said there was no such issue and was very quiet, but we did go to a similar setting several years ago and there were parties in a couple of them and turned into a nightmare.”

“We had the most amazing stay at the farm, Liz and John were the perfect hosts and we can’t wait to visit again- thank you ”
