“Hot breakfast with full service! Bacon, sausage, eggs, yogurt, granola, fruit, and toast. A nice treat before a long day cycling.
Quiet and clean, comfortable beds, bikes can be stored in the room. Exceptional mountain views.
One of my favourite hotels!”

“Very easy checking/out. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Amazing toiletries (hand soap/body wash/ shampoo).
Only one negative - the toilet was hard to flush. The floater was bent so that the tank only filled half way. Told the staff as I left and they were thankful for the info.
Overall would stay again.”

“This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a terrible smell that made it obvious the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The entire room felt dirty, run-down, and neglected.
The bed wasn't even made properly, which immediately made us question whether the linens had been changed at all. There were visible signs of poor housekeeping throughout the room, and the overall condition was unacceptable. The hotel itself……

“I have stayed in this hotel during both the winter and summer seasons, and let me say that I would come back here every time I visit Fernie BC.
The staff is always extremely welcoming and friendly. Frederica (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) was very helpful and very friendly. With a big smile on her face she told me all the summer activities that were happening during my stay.
The room was very clean (as always) and the bed was like a dream! super comfortable to lay on after a long……
