It was a beautiful Riad and they had wonderful service and meal. I had no problem with all the staff there. The only set back is that it is not easy to find and you need to pass through a small street with no light at all so that maybe not convenient at night. Also they arranged a porter for me to get to the CTM bus station, and I was told it cost 20 Diram (which is a lot in Morocco already) but the porter would like to charge me 50 instead upon arrival. They should find a better porter.

Dear Joseph, I'm delighted to learn that you had a great time at Ryad Salama. We send a map to all the guests before the arrival. For almost of our guests it is enough . We also asked to write or call if you need help. There is alway someone to come and meet you. I'm sorry to hear that you did not feel comfortable with this. The alley leading to the ryad is on, day and night, I am very attentive to this to prevent someone from falling and during your one-night stay, this light was on, I am formal, otherwise I would have seen it because I take the alley every day and every night , several time by day . Regarding the rate for the porter , usualy 20dhs is for the distance to the car park for all people carrying stuffs inside the medina .I don't know who told to you 20 dhs but the bus station is 15 minutes walking , so the price is higher than normal. I hope you enjoyed the city too. Best regards

没有比这更好的体验了。这是在摩洛哥最喜欢的酒店。庭院非常漂亮，这么大的酒店一共只有7间客房，装饰风格都不相同，能从相册看到老板一砖一瓦建设这个酒店的过程。顺便说一下，老板是个优雅的法国人，给我们很多帮助。这里的晚餐也很棒，味道非常好，还有法式甜点。哪怕每天就在庭院里喝喝咖啡，看看书，也是一种最舒适的生活了。

The staff were fantastic. It space was very sophisticated and felt like each staff member took an interest in our comfort while in their care. The property is large, with a serene courtyard. One thing to consider is that cars are not allowed in the medina so there is a walk from the drop off point, although there are individuals with carts that can help transport baggage to the property

Wonderful Riad
We loved our stay. Clean, comfortable, Beautiful, excellent location. It was quite an a perfect place to relax after traveling the exciting streets and shops. Pool was beautiful but didn’t use it in Jan. They had an amazing breakfast and even provided gluten free treats for me on the second day (I have celiac disease). Would love to stay again if we ever get the opportunity to return for another visit.

What a beautiful place to stay. It was so tranquil. The staff were friendly and attentive. I almost didn’t want to go out it was so nice. I highly recommend it. Make sure you get a walking guide to the Riad when you enter the Medina and tip them well. You might get lost without one. WiFi isn’t good, but that’s just the way it is in the Medina. It’s not the Riad’s fault.

Beautiful riad in the Fes medina. You step inside the walls and you are in a tranquil garden paradise. Breakfast was delicious and relaxing - the perfect way to start the day. The room was very nice with plenty of space. I would recommend to anyone!

We stayed in over 7 properties during a 2 week trip. This was our favorite. The room was huge and stunningly decorated. The riad grounds were lush- I awoke every morning to a chorus of birds singing. Staff were so kind and attentive and the daily breakfast was delicious. It was a beautiful refuge from the busy medina. Highly recommend!

Una Riad extraordinaria, el personal muy profesional y siempre pendientes de mi familia. El aseo del hotel y habitaciones es fenomenal, no se les queda detalle, la ubicación es la mejor cerca a la puerta azul y en una zona de mucho movimiento y comercio, gracias al personal por haber sido parte importante en nuestro paso por Fez. Een écht Ryad met een begroeide tuin als een oase van rust midden in de drukke Mèdina. Men spreekt goed Engels in de Ryad en de service is goed. Ontbijt was perfect: wat broodjes, jam, ei, vers fruit en dagelijks wisselend baksel zoals pannenkoekje of crepe. Het zwembad was relatief klein, maar in het laagseizoen hebben we deze niet gebruikt. Het diner was goed, maar voor de sfeer is op straat (lokaal) eten natuurlijk nóg leuker

Riad Salama is a paradise in the heart of the Fes Medina. The pictures don't do it justice. Michel accommodated a late check-in and warmly welcomed us to the Riad as well as provided several great recommendations. The room felt like home, with a comfortable living area and private balcony overlooking the exquisite courtyard. The complimentary breakfast was served with the freshest of ingredients. Highly recommend a night in for dinner at the Riad- local cuisine with exquisite culinary presentation. While we were traveling as a couple, this Riad was also family appropriate because it was extremely quiet and had larger rooms for families. Not to mention the three friendly turtles that come out to sun in the morning.

Tranquil paradise
Imagine yourself in 1001 Arabian Nights and you wouldn't be far off while staying at Ryad Salama. The setting is magical, the hospitality provided by Yolanda and Mohammed was impeccable. High quality and comfortable bedding, impeccable attention to detail! We felt like royalty staying here. Highly recommend.
