「The bell boy was very helpful but the other staff; especially those in the lobby and entrance gate was not at all. The entrance gate staff did not help us get a taxi even if we had luggage. 「Location is just two minutes from entrance to the medina. The riad was just renovated few years ago, room is classic, clean and living there was a joy. Free breakfast worth a praise, we lived there five nights and each breakfast got a slightly different bread. The owner is an elegant and super nice French lady, making us just like at home. 「The staff here are wonderful. They helped us arrange anything we needed in terms of food and rides. They also gave us room upgrades for every member of our party which was a nice suprise. The only downside was one of the bottom floor rooms had live roaches. 」
