"He tried to cancel us 2 hours before check in. He said that is because he works with multiple platforms at the same time and had overbooking. We witnessed two other couple of customers with similar situations, one of them being told upon arrival. In the end, first night we stayed in another hotel booked by him and next night we had to move again to the hotel originally booked without being told with enough time, however he asked us to move again and we refused."

"Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré en mettant plutôt du pain ou des crêpes marocaines. La chambre était confortable mais l'odeur qui venait de la salle de bain n'était pas très agréable. C'est peut-être uniquement propre à la chambre du rez de chaussée donnant sur la rue. La qualité de l'hébergement est très largement correcte pour le prix."

"The Riad in in the Medina but close enough to the main street so it was easy to find it. Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast is very decent Staff was very nice and friendly. We did have an issue the first night I was told they had an issue with their system and that our room was double booked for our first night. We were place at a different riad across the hall/street. We were 5 people and I had intentionally booked with them because they had a room that could accomadate all 5 "

Saliha was the most accommodating and responsive host I’ve ever lodged with, and she worked hard to ensure that my visit went smoothly. I stayed at Dar al-Katib for 6 weeks, and Saliha’s hospitality always went above and beyond—she took my partner’s dress to the tailor for us, she set up our transportation to Volubilis, and she personally took care of me when I became very ill! "Stunning Riad super convenient location and the staff make every effort to help the guests. The dinner was an absolute surprise in the best way possible, and it's a must do.on the stunning rooftop with amazing views of the surrounding areas. They also included a 1 hour tour with a very knowledgeable guide who took us around the medina (it's a crazy maze) and showered us a great spot for lunch. Highly recommend and I hope to come back to this place in the future. "
