Horrible experience. Did not feel safe at this place. The shower didn’t work, and I had to call the reception twice and waited for 40 minutes before a really aggressive man let himself in (without me opening the door for him) and trod around in the room with his outdoor shoes on. He was so unfriendly that I honestly thought he’s gonna attack me. After fixing the shower and getting out my room, he prevented me from closing the door, asking me why I didn’t say thank you. The cleaning lady tried to sell me her skeleton key for 200 lira when I told her I’ve left my card in the room. (Not just opening my door, but giving me the card that could open every door). I don’t know how many times she has given people this access in exchange for money. When I saw her the next day, she stopped me on the stairs asking for lira again. Two waiters yelled at me in Turkish from the bar during dinner and laughed at my face when I looked at them. I still don’t know what they were saying but it’s giving bullying. It’s beyond my understanding why anyone would do that to a customer. If you are a single traveler looking for a chill time off, definitely avoid this place. If you are travelling with a big family, I recommend you extending your budget for somewhere nicer or just staying in a non-inclusive hotel in this town. So many restaurants available next to the beach. I regret so much spending my holiday here.

We thought being an all inclusive stay would be a luxury but couldn’t be more further from the truth. Started from the minute we got there they gave us a room then decided 45 mins later it was the room type and we could only stay if paid what we already paid for original booking. Food was low quality and not what I’ve had in Turkey before. The room looked like something from the 60’s and to top it off the hotel decided to key my hire car because I parked in the managers space unbeknown to me so on the whole save your sanity and stay elsewhere.

Güzel bir tatil

İlk olarak tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz. Hepsi güleryüzlü ve canayakındılar. Tesisin havuzları güzel ve temiz. Odaların temizliği ne yazık ki vasat. 3 günde bir çarşaf değişikliği biraz garip geldi bize. Konum mükemmel. Yemekler kötü değil. Çok seçici olmama rağmen ben aç kalmadım. Animasyon ekibi süper. Eğlenceler güzel. İngiliz turist ağırlıklı bilginiz olsun. Keyifli bir tatildi.

İyi lokasyon Orta Seviye Hizmet

Hotel lokasyonu herkesin istediği ölüdenize yürüme mesafesinde. Fakat oda temizliği sadece çöp alma ve yatak düzeltmeden ibaret. Ne havlular ne de yatak çarşafları maalesef bizde değiştirilmedi. O kadar para verip böyle bir hizmet almak yetersiz. Ayrıca bu lokasyona gelen gününü ölüdenizde geçirmek istiyor. Mutlaka oda kahvaltı seçeneği de eklenmesi gerekir.

Vacances en famille

Cet hôtel est un hôtel familial avec piscine et toboggan. Le personnel est hyper accueillant et professionnel. Les repas sont riches et variés pour le all inclusive les clients peuvent manger quasiment toute la journée. Nous devions y passer un jour et avons prolongé tellement le cadre est agréable et magnifique. La plage est à 5 min à pied mais il est préférable de marcher un peu plus et de profiter du lagon 10 min de plus (payant).

Var på hotellet i 6 netter. Toalettene stinker kloakk og ved ankomst var det mange flekker på håndklene som ikke virket rene. Rommet var ellers helt ok, men lukten gjorde det veldig lite attraktivt. Det var mye underholdning som var fint for barn, men ikke varierende. Gjestene på all inclusive måtte drikke alt fra enten papp eller plastikk kopper. Det var skuffende og alt fra varm drikke til alkohol og kald drikke var av dårlig kvalitet. Maten var ok til frokost, men skuffende middag og lunsj med lite variasjon. Mye fet mat. Fant spiste matrester rundt omkring i serveringsbollene. Ellers var ansatte greie. Likte bare ikke at vaske personell ikke banket på, men kom stormende inn mens vi sov hver gang. Kan være bedre system på dette, evt henge en lapp der det står vi vil ha vask eller noe? Vi skal hvert fall ikke på all inclusive mer.

Отель средний. Питание нормальное. Напитки в разнообразии. Уборка своевременная, единственное за 4 дня не разу не меняли полотенца. Телефон в номере не работал, инструкции не было. В ресторане Обслуживание хорошее. Нет русскоговорящего персонала на ресепшене, как это было указано в описании отеля. До пляжа идти 10 примерно минут. Цена соответствует качеству. Радует наличие балкона, но дверь на балкон закрывалась с очень большими усилиями. Душевая вместительная, но раздражает треск от вентилятора, при включённом свете в сан. Узле. Отель не очень новый, но и старым его тоже не назовёшь.

3 bädds rummen vi blev erbjudna stämde ej överens enligt beskrivningen. Rummet vi blev erbjuden var en 2 rummare dom de hade komplettera med en extra säng. Det medförde att man inte kunde vistas i rummet. Efter en tydlig dialog med med hotellet gick de med på att byta vårt rum till det vi egentligen hade betalt för. Lite tråkigt att börja vistelsen på det viset. Rummen var dåligt städat och var ej förberedd. Handdukar och lakan byts varannan dag, ej dagligen. Maten är ok dock inget mer. Personalen super trevliga.

dieses hotel würde ich 2,5 sterne geben

für ein vier sterne hotel hätte ich mir was besseres gedacht , war richtig enttäuscht ,die einrichtung voll alt am pool sind die liegenauflagen voll dreckig ,sonnenschirme zum teil gerissen ,personal war auch nicht der freundlichste. nur die renigung im zimmer war seh gut .

Inexperienced young staff at the bar that didn't seem to know what they were doing, there didn't seem to be anyone managing. Ran out of tonic waterfor 2 days also ran out of beer and it took another guest to complain before it was replaced. The uniforms were dirty as were the sun loungers. On the plus side we didnt struggle for food although it was basic, the rooms were cleaned regularly and the pool was lovely. I persomally would not return to this hotel but definitely return to the resort.

Pas de wifi dans les chambres

Le site pretend fournir la wifi dans les chambres, mais cela est FAUX, aucune chambre n'a acces au wifi ils faut aller à l'accueil de l'hotel pour se connecter. Les chambres sont plus petites que sur les photos. Pour un 4 etoiles le personnel n'est pas à la hauteur. Celui de l'accueil la nuit ( desagréable) et deux serveurs du dejeuner/ diner qui ne se mellent vraiment pas de leur affaires... En point positif, le personnel du bar pour les boissons tout au long de la journée, la piscine est grande et bien entretenu. Et la proximité avec la plage est appreciable! Pour finir le rapport qualité prix est tout juste bon! Donc pas de regret mais je ne le recommande pas non plus.
