Great central location near the waterfront and the Fetihiye centre with cafes and places to eat. I found the hotel room cozy and clean, staff helpful even with their limited English and will recommend Orka.

I booked a large sea view room for six nights. The harbour view was spectacular and the staff engaging and very helpful. Just a heads up, because the hotel is right on the Harbour, the water pressure is very low and flushing toilet paper is not permitted, but water pressure in the shower was great. The location is ideal and there are plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. There is a popular coffee house on the ground floor, as I stayed in late October the hub bub from the street was not too loud [and I'm a light sleeper] this could be different during peak season. However, the sliding glass doors open fully, turning the entire room into a balcony from which to watch the sunrise/sunset and the activity in the Harbour below. I have visited the Turkish Mediterranean three times in the last two years, stayed in seven or so hotel and this is in my top two. Would whole-heartedly recommend!!

We had a lovely experience at this hotel! While the rooms/amenities are a little basic, they were comfortable and large enough. The live and the views and location cannot be beat! We extended our stay. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and gave us exact directions to get around using the dolmus. We loved it here and highly recommend!

Simple but nice room in a small hotel. Not perfect with some decorating etc needed probably but nothing too bad. Air con worked which was the main thing. Beds ok and shower decent. WiFi wasn’t the best. Handy location for marina and old town. Would stay again if just needed a place for the night.

We got upgraded to a sea view room and I got to say, it’s the best hotel room we’ve got for our entire trip. We were able to people watch from our balcony and there was a boxing match the night we were there so we were able to see that as well. The only problem was the loud noise due to all the activities that went on.
