Clean, comfortable rooms, great food, the young waiting on staff were very friendly and efficient and Suzanne and her husband wer great hosts. Would definitely recommend.

Position in town was good and convenient, The problem was the mould in bathroom and stains on headrest (dark stains not sure what). Although not around in day much due to seeing friends but pool was very nice and didn’t get chance to eat there. However I felt the cleanliness of the room really let it down and would not stay there again. More like a hostel than hotel. My Mother and I were thinking of staying a few days but will not now do so.

The only good thing was the location, when we checked in we never got told anything about breakfast, nothing about check out time or cleaners. We didn’t have our towels changed for 4 days. The bathroom was constantly smelling of mould. The balcony was so small. The room door didn’t shut unless slammed. The hotel was very noisy in the day. A lot of banging around and shouting. The room was falling apart, our bathroom door handle was only hung on by 1 screw. The other screw was on the floor. We allegedly got a noise complaint at 5am by the swimming pool, we wasn’t even there at that time. Over all would not stay at the hotel again but the restaurant was amazing

Çalışanlar konusunda sıkıntı yok.Sahibi Suzan hanım ve eşi de güler yüzlü ilgili insanlar ama malesef temizlik ve odaların bakımı kötüydü.Mutfak tezgahında kirli bardak vardı ve kullanılacak mutfak eşyaları da temiz değildi o yüzden mutfak kısmını hiç kullanmadım.banyo gider kapağı küflenmişti.banyo çöp kovası kötüydü.Yedek yastıkların kılıfları kirliydi iyi ki yanıma kendi kılıflarımı almıştım.Burda biraz sahipleri,çoğunluk da temizliği yapanların eksiği var.Suzan hanım temizliğin arkasından takipte olsa o sorun da çözülür bence ve biraz da belli aralıklarla bakım tabi.Bu tip bakım eksiklikleri(küflü gider kapağı,eskimiş ve kirli çöp kutusu vb.yemek masası da kötüydü ) kötü izlenim oluşturuyor.Havuzu kullanmadık ama güzeldi,temizliği düzenli yapılıyordu.Restoran kısmı da iyiydi.Biraz yemek geç geliyordu ama acele işiniz yoksa sıkıntı olmuyor havuz kenarında oturuyorsunuz 🙂

Talihsiz bir deneyim

Tatilimizin son gününde eve dönmeden önce bir gecelik rezervasyon yaptırmıştık.Akşam saatlerinde gittiğimizde odanın bizden önceki misafirlerden sonra temizlenmediğini gördük ki sezonun yoğunluğundan ötürü telafi edildiği sürece önemsenmeyebilecek bir durum. Yoğunlukta insanları tedirgin etmemek adına yemek için otelden ayrıldık onlar da bize odayı hazırlayacaklarını söylediler. Fakat gece geç saatte geldiğimizde gördük ki aynı buruşuk çarşaf üzerinde bizden önceki misafirlerin saçları ve kıllarıyla şöyle bir düzeltilip üzerine bir pike katlanmış; banyoda saçlar kıllar olduğu gibi duruyor, lavabo lekeli. Maalesef oldukça nahoş bir deneyim yaşadık. Bizim için tek olumlu yanı tatilimiz bitti diye üzülürken sayelerinde evimize koşa koşa geldik.

Malzeme eksikliği dışında her şey iyiydi. Yedek havlu yok, ayak havlusu yok, oda içi terliği yok,odada sadece 1 tane tuvalet kağıdı vardı. Yere düşse bişey olsa yedeği yok.

Oda ve temizlik iyi, ne bir eksik ne bir fazla. Kahvaltının lezzeti ve kullanılan ürünler iyi. Fakat, kahvaltı 8.30’da başlıyor olmasına rağmen, servis o kadar yavaş ki devlet töreni ile servis arabasında kahvaltıyı getiriyorlar. Dolayısı ile 9.15’te kahvaltıya ancak başlıyorsunuz. İkinci bardak çayı içmek ise yine devlet töreninin bir parçası olduğu için zamanınız varsa 1 saat sonra bir barsak daha içebilirsiniz. Bu arasa ses hassasiyeti olan biriyseniz, odalar çok ses geçiriyor bilginize.
