"I booked Annex room that is a modern room with a private swim out pool and upon checkin i was told the room is leaking water feom the shower and im being upgraded to a villa. It took 2 hrs after 2pm checkin to get an outdated old villa which has spiral stairs and isn't safe for kids. My daughter got injured minutes after getting the room and nothing worked in the villa, the phone, toilet and sinks all didn’t work. "Everything is amazing about this resort. It’s great for families with children of all age range. There’s plenty of food options for lunch breakfast and dinner. There’s plenty of snack bars around the resort. You can literally spend your entire stay without leaving the resort. Only downside for me was that the standard room is very standard and 4* equivalent in my opinion and everything else is 5*. Staff are amazing and always available to help.
