"Felt like I was being charged for everything. Only 2 wifi devices (which means by the time you and your spouse connect your phones, then you pay for a laptop or ipad to be connected and it is expensive and limited to how much you can use it). Also if you want to use your cell phone without wifi, the cell connection throughout the resort from major carriers AT&T and Verizon was horrible and almost non-existent. The bathroom had almost no water pressure. It took forever to get hot water and the soap provided no lather. Everything just felt like it was the cheapest they could afford. The bed was VERY uncomfortable and hard. For the two days we stayed, our room was skipped from service. The glass door to the bathroom was really dirty, as if someone sneezed on it repeatedly or maybe spit on it. Each day I was charged a hefty resort fee. I'm not sure what it was for as the pools were closed and you paid for any shows, food, and everything else. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is in a great location, and although the facilities are somewhat dated, they are generally well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, the check-in process could be improved. There was a very long line, so having more support for self check-in would make a big difference. I also didn’t have a great experience at the casino. The dealer was not very welcoming to beginners, and I had hoped to give my parent an enjoyable first casino experience, but it ended up being disappointing. A manager kindly apologized, which I appreciated, but not everyone is experienced, so a more beginner-friendly approach would greatly improve the overall experience."
