Great location, non-gaming hotel close to everything. Walking distance to The Sphere and the Strip, yet quiet and super clean. Rooms were very spacious with full kitchens. The entire staff are professional, friendly and helpful. Only downside is the spa is closed, but have arrangements with area facilities. We'll be staying again on our return to LV!

I enjoyed staying at the platinum and particularly enjoyed having a W/D in addition to laundry supplies compliments the hotel in my suite. The suite was perfect, beautifully decorated, clean with a balcony for fresh air. The hotel is non smoking which is a plus. Thank you to the doorman always greeting guest with a smile. I appreciated being directed to the best breakfast near by @ Marilyn’s in the Tuscany Hotel & Casino.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Tim checked us in and was extremely nice and a pleasure to talk to. The room was absolutely AMAZING! We had an unobstructed view of the sphere which was mesmerizing!! And my husband and I used the giant sized tub which was much needed. We had a wonderful stay and will certainly be back!

We were guests gor pne nught. We found the staff very pleasant & helpful. Our room wzs clean & neat. We reported any issues to the front desk. Vegas is a mess with construction all over, including in front of the Platinum. We didnt plan to drive so this wasnt a big issue.
