Check in was easy and Penni was very helpful. The room was clean, a good temperature for sleeping, and we had plenty of towels. The shower floor was very slippery so be careful! The buffet breakfast was great for the price. Very convenient parking and easy to find.

Very convenient for a ski trip. Clean and comfortable, lovely looking shower but poor water pressure ruins the effect. Reasonable restaurant a few steps away. Breakfasts are excellent with a good choice of hot and cold dishes- even bacon and scrambled eggs!

Ideal & very convenient location. Reception very efficient & friendly. Rooms are spacious & clean. Unusual to get a kettle with tea & coffee in a French hotel. Nice that they've upgraded plug sockets with USB points. Plenty of parking space. Would definitely use as a stopover again.

The hotel is in very good condition, the parking is large and free. If you don't arrive by car, keep in mind that there is nothing in the surroundings. When we went, the restaurant was closed and we couldn't eat there either. The staff was very friendly but it is too far from everything.

The hotel was clean, but be prepared for a tight fit if you have family. (Which is expected in Switzerland). The room is equipped with great amenities like a kettle with provided coffee and tea, as well as a spacious bathroom. The view from the hotel is nice, though it gets a bit loud outside at night from cars. The hotel staff was informative and friendly, even putting on the Portugal vs. Spain football game for us to watch. I wouldn’t recommend buying the breakfast as it is expensive, and there is a very walkable and affordable option nearby.

Mediocre

Check-in was friendly and fast but room left a lot to be desired. Bed was uncomfortable, not enough pillows or towels, and soap and shampoo/body wash seemed very stingy. Room was somewhat clean but there was an empty water bottle from a previous guest. Elevator was broken so we had to carry heavy suitcases upstairs. We opted out of breakfast as at 15 euros it seemed very costly for the offerings.
