「The location is good for the ferry and the bus but not for subway travel. If you want to stay in Istanbul, being close to subway is really important because we kept getting stuck in traffic. The place could be much cleaner, sinks and the shower wasn’t cleaned properly. They advertise that it has a kitchen but we didn’t use the rusty&broken stove top because it looked like a fire hazard. 「The location was great, but it’s a very loud local street. Don’t expect to get a good night sleep. It’s also extremely humid in the apartment, the AC doesn’t help. The photos in the listing are good and that’s why we booked it, but the place is MUCH smaller in real life. There were four of us and it was definitely too small for four people. If you’re looking to stay for 2-3 days it’s fine, but definitely overpriced for the quality.」
