I never received check-in instructions nor the code to access the property even though the information was requested days before my arrival. "So the room was clean & maintained. The bed was comfy too. But the availability of the front desk was very sketchy! Nic lady but I asked for towels for our second day, talked right to her! We never got them. Then no housekeeper at all, we needed a garbage bag and more coffee . Left a message that we were leaving the key at 845, We didn’t hear from her until 1:45 , we were already home!! Prolly will stay in Arcola next time!!"
