Pet friendly White Sands, 14 Whitesands Road - Linen & Air Con

As soon as you walk in, you will be surprised at the open, fresh living spaces, colours, luxury furnishings and comforts such as ducted air conditioning throughout and free unlimited Wi-Fi. The formal living area is located at the front of the house and has a large Smart TV, ceiling fans, games, books, and a cosy sitting area which is great to sit back and enjoy your favourite book and relax.

There is an open plan dining and kitchen area with seating for ten guests and even a highchair for young children provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooktop, under bench oven, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, and Aldi coffee pod machine.

Four bedrooms all with linen and bed making provided, the main bedroom is separate from the other three rooms, it has a King bed, ducted air-conditioning, built-in robes and a fantastic ensuite with a beautiful corner spa bath, shower, toilet, and vanity. Bedroom two is the middle of the house near the dining area, it has a Queen bed, ducted air conditioning and a port-a-cot for your convenience.

Bedrooms three and four flow off the second living area, they both have ducted air conditioning and are stylishly furnished, bedroom four also provides a work desk in case you need to work while on holidays. The second living area has a large Smart TV, ducted air conditioning and provides access to the backyard entertaining area.

The main bathroom is a 3-way design giving you three very usable areas, separate toilet area, separate vanity area and a separate spa bath, shower, and vanity area – all this making it easy for everyone to get ready.

The backyard is fully enclosed with manicured gardens and beautiful grass areas making it perfect for the children and fur babies to play. There is also a fabulous entertaining dining area under a large cantilever umbrella so you can sit back, cook up a feast on the gas BBQ and enjoy the atmosphere that surrounds you.

The owners have provided so much more for the property such as picnic blanket and picnic basket, outdoor rugs, and beach umbrella so you can enjoy a picnic by the beach, tennis racquets and balls and beach towels and even a dog bed, bowl, dog washing towels, dog shampoo and dog conditioner – all these extras make White Sands an easy holiday

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

Perfect Respite for a Busy Family

Mum and Dad were as busy as they've ever been past few months, and Fingal Bay was new to us, Whitesands taking our attention for the Pet Friendly accommodation listing. What we weren't ready for was the luxurious house provided, and the perfectly appointed amenities. Odds and ends and a welcoming Bottle of wine was unexpected. It was a quiet street, beautiful little backyard and 2 very small blocks to walk to the beach and dog park. The backyard was super-secure for the pups. The bed was firm and king sized, the living areas relaxing, (4 TVs also). It was 5 star living without a Hotel bustle. The teenage nod of approval on this stay. Fantastic.
